WardWatch legal documents were updated

Review each updated document below. Financial screens stay protected until you confirm the current versions.

Personal and Business sign in

Welcome back

Personal and Business customers use this same secure entrance. Enter the email and password for your WardWatch account.

A successful sign-in from a new browser sends a security alert to the account administrators.

Website-selected account setup

Create an account

Confirm the account type selected on the WardWatch website, then create the secure login for it. Treat this login as a real financial account.

Account recovery

Recover access

Use a link sent to your verified email, or use the one-time recovery key you saved when you protected the account.

Secure account recovery

Choose a new password

Open the one-time recovery link from your email, then set a new password. Manual token entry remains available as a fallback. After this succeeds, sign in with your email and the new password — not the token.
