Welcome back

Personal and Business customers use this same secure entrance. Enter the username or email and password for your WardWatch account.

A successful sign-in from a new browser sends a security alert to the account administrators.

Website-selected account setup

Create an account

Confirm the account type selected on the WardWatch website, then create the secure login for it. Treat this login as a real financial account.

Account recovery

Recover access

WardWatch sends a short-lived one-time recovery link to the verified email on the account. Open that link to continue; its token is not your password and does not work on the sign-in form.

Secure account recovery

Choose a new password

Open the one-time recovery link from your email, then set a new password. Manual token entry remains available as a fallback. After this succeeds, sign in with your username and the new password — not the token.
